"About a year and a half ago we sold our house with Gorley Lalonde Realty (see below). My wife and I decided now was the time to buy so obviously we went to Steph and Charles. "We came at Stephane with a challenge, moving from the pacific west coast to the Capital of Ottawa, we only had 5 days of in person presence to visit house, during covid-19 and we are first time buyers, unfamiliar with all things real estate. To top it off, my wife and I came at him with a very different list of wants/needs. I felt bad for him but he surprised us, he spent day 1 listening to every single word, even when we thought it was insignificant or trivial during house visits chosen by us.
