  • Pick a date to list

  • Prepare Home for Sale → Declutter / Staging / Minor Repairs / Deep Clean

  • Professional Photos and Marketing Materials

  • List Home

  • Visits and Open Houses → Obtain Buyer Feedback / Monitor Listing and Market

  • Evaluate and Negotiate Offers

  • Accept the Offer

  • Select Lawyer → Statement of Adjustments / Title Transfer / Mortgage Discharge

  • Closing Date → Collect your $$$

*It’s never too early to start. Most people will start planning 2 months in advance to give themselves enough time to go through all the steps. Depending on where in the process you are or what you plan on completing, we can have you on the market and listed within a few days.  The average time from acceptance of an offer to closing day is normally 60 days but is something that can be negotiated.
